LED (light emitting diode)

Light emitting diode(LED) is a semiconductor which emits light by flowing current to compound such as arsenic gallium(GaAs),
and emits light by their reunion using p-n junction structure of m semiconductor and inserting minor carrier(electron or pore).
The efficiency of switching electric energy to light energy is high and up to 90% of energy can be saved so that it attracts a close
attention as a light source of next generation which can substitute an incandescent and fluorescent lamp of about 5% of energy efficiency.
